There is a common myth that have sex is as good as running or walking. Unfortunately this has been proven to be incorrect.

According to recent research into the subject, it turns out that for a man in his 30’s having the average length of sex ( 6 minutes) will only burn around 20 calories.

It looks like it’s time to get out of the bedroom & back to the gym for people wanting to seriously lose weight.
